Turn your participation at Sustainability Forum Middle East 4^th Edition into Climate Action

Also, we encourage you to take in an important initiative to turn your participation in impact. As you prepare to attend the Forum, we wanted to let you know that we have joined forces with SAFA — a Lead Partner of the Forum and Bahrain’s national voluntary carbon offsetting platform — to enable our attendees either individually or as an organisation to offset the carbon footprint of their participation.

It’s a simple way to ensure your attendance supports Bahrain’s and global net-zero goals — because every action matters. Your offset will support verified, high-integrity climate projects, including solar cookers for refugees in Chad, clean and efficient cooking solutions in Nigeria, landfill gas capture and electricity generation in Türkiye, and mangrove restoration through the Delta Blue Carbon project in Pakistan. 

How to offset (takes just a minute):

• Visit SAFA’s website: https://safa.earth/individuals/
• Select Activity-Based Emissions
• Switch from Flight to Carbon (cloud icon)
• Choose 1 tonne (per person attending from Bahrain) or 2 tonnes (per person flying in)
• Complete payment

We encourage you to offset before the Forum or visit the SAFA team onsite at SFME for guidance.
