Federico Bonini

Federico Bonini is a Partner at BCG, with more than 8 years of experience in the energy practice and key expertise in the power and decarbonization sectors. He has international experience across every step of the power value chain (generation, T&D and retail) as well as relevant functions expertise. Federico has supported some of the largest transformations and decarbonization strategies across Europe, LATAM and the Middle East. He is also involved in selected public sector engagements, developing strategies for governments across Europe on decarbonization and on selected verticals (e.g. green hydrogen, large scale renewables). In the last few years, he concentrated on scaling up low carbon investments (solar PV, wind onshore and offshore, power networks).
