Michael Wing

Michael has over 30 years international experience, leading the feasibility, planning, design and delivery of international mixed-use real estate developments, transit orientated developments, and city and national scale urban regeneration and infrastructure projects.

He is responsible for the development of Infracorp’s international land portfolio of more than 1.2 Billion sqm.

He has consulted on national transport, environment and sustainable development, economic development, and infrastructure strategies and policy frameworks, and has contributed to a number of textbooks and guidelines on the subjects of property development and infrastructure.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Transport, and a Member of the Institute of Environmental Sciences with an MBA in Real Estate & Construction Management, and an LLM in Construction Law & Arbitration and with a technical background in civil engineering design, urban & transport planning and environmental science.
